I live to eat and always treat every ingredient with love and respect!!

My passion for food was realized at a very young age. 17 years ago I finally turned my love of food into a career. Through the years  my culinary knowledge has evolved and I've had the absolute pleasure of working with some of NYC's most talented chefs, from the likes of Laurant Torondell (BLT), the now Iron Chef Marc Forgione (Forgione, American Cut) and the extremely talented Harrison Mosher  (Alta, District Tap House).

 

In the course of my journey, I realized the average person lacks access to unprocessed, locally grown, nutritious, readily available balanced meals and ingredients.  As a result, I made the conscious decision to create an outlet that provides such options. In doing so, I considered those who enjoy cooking with healthy, traceable, sustainable ingredients, which often are difficult to find locally, or those who simply wish to adopt a healthier lifestyle, but are unsure where to begin.  If cooking at home isn't your preference, I offer meal plans catered to clientele with the desire to eat wholesome meals which can be seamlessly integrated into their busy lifestyles.  Whatever your preference, you can be assured that all my creations are fresh, flavorful, well-balanced and nutritious.  True health begins from the inside out!
