               As we all know, true health begins from the inside out so I’d like to begin by thanking (or applauding) (or congratulating) you for taking the first step toward improving the future of your health. Over the years there’s been a major decline in the eating habits of the general public.  The ramifications of this epidemic are impossible to ignore. Many face a daily struggle between the desire to live a healthy lifestyle and the lack of time, resources or motivation to bring that goal to fruition.  Contrary to popular belief, adopting healthy eating habits is not impossible; in fact, it can be effortless, affordable and easy to maintain with my help. I use fresh, local, traceable ingredients to create savory, appetizing, satisfying meals which are planned in keeping with a healthy, well balanced diet.

 

Rest assured, all of my creations combine my passion for fresh, flavorful nutritious meals, catered to clients with the desire to eat wholesome meals, which can be seamlessly integrated into their busy lifestyles. The food is sourced from sustainable farmers, food makers and community partners.  All farms are certified organic, certified naturally grown, organic in practice and/or pesticide-free hydroponic farmers, and I am currently in process of doing the same with all meat, seafood and dairy. as we try to keep ourselves looking and feeling our best, it is only right that we treat mother earth the same way, which is why all Meals are in Containers that are from 100% renewable and reclaimed resources and Made with sugarcane. Every meal I create is under 600 calories . Meal plans consist of 5 days, with the choice of breakfast, lunch and dinner or, if you prefer, lunch and dinner only. For the sake of variety, menus vary on a weekly basis.  Meals are distributed twice a week to ensure they are always fresh. Meals are available for pick up at no additional cost and distribution schedule is as follows:

 

Monday of each week – meals are distributed for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

 

Wednesday of each week, meals are distributed for Thursday and Friday.

 

Delivery is currently available throughout Manhattan and the Bronx and certain areas in Brooklyn and Queens, for an additional fee of $15.00 per week.

introductory Price of $115 per week 
Option 2: lunch and dinner and snacks-
introductory Price of $125 per week
